I have what I believe to be are 2 Lincoln Impinger model 1116 Stackable Pizza Ovens(Toasters) I could not find the model numbers on either of them. So I sent pictures to a restaurant equipment guy and he said they are 1116’s and due to the controls being the“current style” these are 2000 or newer models. If you are reading this. You know what these sell for new, and used. They are an expensive pair to say the least. They are called“dual fuel” as they can use both gas and electricity. They appear to be in relatively god condition. I’ve been researching them and I’ve seen some that are much more“used” then these 2 and are a lot dirtier. Don't take my word for it. Look right here on ebay and see for yourself. I have not tested them as I don’t know anything about them. And I am taking that into consideration when I am pricing them.
