This auction is for the plastic gas/ fuel tank& cap& mounting bracket off a John Deere LX255 with a 42" deck. Tractor serial# M0L255B024375. Had a Kohler Command 15 Hp engine. What you see is what you will get. Item is in nice useable condition, plastic is free of chips, cracks, or brakes, cap is good, needs a good cleaning, came out of a tractor with a blown motor. Should fit the LX tractors of the same era, but check the John Deere website or a local dealer for more info. This is a used part and will be sold as-is so please ask questions before bidding. This was made back when gas cans still poured gas smoothly instead of the trickle torture you get with todays new"safe" design. This can looks great but does show some light fading near the vent. This is a Lot of 10 Very Small Airport Vehicles. There is a baggage Tug with 2 baggage carts which can be linked together. One Stair Truck, two Buses, two Fire Trucks, and two Fuel Trucks. They are made of plastic and are highly detailed, note the markings. They are from about 3/4 inches to 1 3/4 inches long. I bought these as part of a Job Lot and they are in good condition, but show wear. The coin in the photograph is a Dime to show you just how small this is.
