This is a 3-7/8" TRI-CONE rock drill bit for drilling wells(water. Oil, etc? in overall good uncleaned original USED condition, from an estate auction in Springfield, MO. All three cones are tight and secure, and all three cone cutters spin smoothly and freely(NO wobbling or wiggling) The mounting threads also appear to be in good used shape. There are scuffs, scrapes, soil, and some normal expected wear to the cutting'teeth' from use, all as pictured, but it appears to be in overall very good usable condition. I don't really know anything about these kinds of things, so we'll let the pictures do the talking.
