I picked this up in with a batch of other stuff at a local auction. I know nothing about it. It's pretty much in as-found condition, I only brushed the major dust off. I have no thoughts one way or the other on whether or not this works. I've bought great items at this auction, I've also bought complete junk that someone was just dumping. The pump handle mechanism works freely and smoothly. The vinyl cover looks good with no cuts or major damage. The 3/8" 45 degree OPW swivel rotates smoothly. The handle has no obvious cracks or breaks. The threads of the swivel are in great shape. I removed it from a section of hose easily and smoothly. This might work perfectly. This swivel is manufactured by OPW and is commonly included on Hanny hose reels. You will note that I have several of these. Some were painted and some were not. If it was painted that was removed via bead blasting taking care not to blast threads or sealing surfaces. Seals were replaced and they all look real good inside with hardly any wear on the wear rings. If they don't look good they turn into scrap metal. Includes 3" groove on the inlet and 3" FNPT outlet. All aluminum construction. Seals are compatible with jet fuel. Originally from aviation fuel service.
