Solid brass Buckeye FIG 800-R Gas Pump Nozzle with Great Patina
This Buckeye gas pump nozzle is being offered exactly as I bought it from an estate here in mid-Michigan. I have not cleaned it at all. I think the patina is really great. At the base of the nozzle where the hose attaches the nozzle is marked FIG 800 on one side and it has the the letter R marked on the other side. I can't tell how much of the original chrome is still left on the nozzle. Or how much of the unit was originally chrome. A little cleaning up would quickly answer this question. As noted in the condition section there some dings and dents and wrench marks on the nozzle. The lever and the valve are not frozen, they still open and close just fine with no outside assistance required other than the normal squeezing the trigger lever to open the valve. The nozzle includes the brass fitting for attaching the hose. Please review the ... morepictures and ask any and all questions you may have before bidding. Vintage Buckeye Brass Gas Nozzle Condition: Excellent. With no rust, or other damage. The nozzle handle will fully move back and forth, and is functioning fine. There is some blackening of the nozzle towards the very top, along with some minor scratching. 2 or three minor dings can be observed on one side of the handle, but other than those, this nozzle is in nice shape! The bottom is made of solid brass. And stamped Buckeye. There is also a stamp which reads: 845B. It measures 11" tall x 11" wide. Overall, a very nice, collectible piece in great condition!

This classic old gas station collectible has a brass spout, a lever for hands free operation, and the patent date actually references to 1952. It seems fully functional but I could not fully test it and it is in very good condition with no cracks or chips in the aluminum body or brass spout and it shows light to normal use with some tiny nicks and scratches. Offered today is a vintage BUCKEYE Model 782 1 1/4" solid brass gas pump nozzle. This nozzle is in great original condition. It does look like it has had some beating to the top of the curved part of the top over the years as it's lost some of it's roundness up there. Also. It looks as though someone may have brazed a patch onto it on the labeled side right behind the spout(see pic# 5) This nozzle weighs 5 lbs 12 oz. Measures 10" tall with a 6 1/2" spout. Opens and closes with ease! I have recently purchased a big box of old pump nozzles so if you're looking for one, keep an eye on my other listings as I will be getting them posted as time permits over the next couple weeks. This is an excellent piece, in excellent condition for its age, besides some usual wear and scratching on the pump handle, just some tape residue on the pump nozzle which can easily be cleaned off as well as towards the back of the handle a little bit more tape residue, some very light paint splatter on the top(pictured) none the less in great shape for its age, look at images for confirmation of condition. Antique/vintage gas pump nozzle. There is a manufacturer mark on the top. But it is hard to read the middle letter- looks like"E M O" or"E N O" with a number 19 under it. The number 402 is on the other side, with"Made in U.S.A. near the bottom. Great garage or man cave décor!
