Krone AM242 Disc Mower/Hay Mower/Cutter
Up for sale is a Krone AM 242 disc mower. I used this mower to cut 20 acres for the last few years. Previous owner used it for about the same. I bought this mower knowing some history of it. It's not some wore out piece at the dealer. Now for the specs; it is a 5 disc mower making it little over 7' cut. Having 5 discs it can be pulled with a low hp tractor. I used it on a 45hp with ease. Although 35hp is lowest I'd think would operate it. It doesn't leak any fluid whatsoever. The bearings are very tight with good blades. It's ready to go. I cut about an acre with it last week. Only reason I'm selling is I've taken on more hay ground an bought a bigger tractor and mower. Due to weight local pickup is the only option. I will load on your trailer.
