This is a power to lock(fail safe) UL fire exit hardware rated for entry doors. I believe its 24volt DC, not sure about 24volt AC. Has lifter and slider for panic bar installations, as well as internal sense switches for latch status& key override status terminating in a second molex connector. When unlocked, the door remains latched, preserving the fire rating of the door and making it particularly useful where codes permit locking. But require unlocking during a fire emergency. This is a used exit device panic push bar and a handle made by Von Duprin. My husband. Who installs windows and doors, recently removed this from a door he was replacing. He assured me that every piece is there. Unfortunately, I do not know how old it is or the model number. It is in very good, used condition with a few surface scratches. I should also mention that the paint on the handle is a bit bubbly along the edges. The panic bar measures 34 1/4" from end to end and it is very heavy. It is still in working condition, it comes with original fasteners, original cylinder Von Duprin brand, I beleive its a Schlage C keyway, No Key. It comes with original pull trim. does not have the strike, but I will throw in an aftermaket one. I hate to throw it away, but here it is, somebody may need it somewhere.

Please note this kit is not complete. You are bidding on a partial Von Duprin 88 exit device with 373-L Lever. The parts appear to be unused. Some of the small parts are still sealing in plastic bags and the loose parts can be seen in the 2nd to last picture. There are several pages of templates and instructions but the have moderate wear. The horizontal rods are not included. The 373-L is included but the lock cylinder is not. The lever measures 7.5" high x 1 5/8" wide. The lever is 5" long. Some of the parts that are still sealed are numbered. There are 8 sealed packages which include screws. Trim pieces, M-783 fire exit hardware with screws and 1 Fire exit hardware M-801 with cover. There is also 1 cover that is not sealed. Excluding the latch there are 5 more loose parts which are: M-801 Fire exit hardware, 8" long ... moredoor mount hardware(lock stile) 2 hinges and a 6" long piece of hardware(lock stile) The parts appear to be in very good condition but I have not tested the hinges or any of the fire exit hardware. A PS902 2RS unit was ordered and installed but a PS914 was needed.schlage sent us a new PS914 and instead of removing the ps902 cabinet they swapped the guts of the unit.so we are left with a complete PS902 2RS inside a PS914 labeled cabinet.
