Click to Enlarge) Product ID# C114281 This lot includes two ESI Magnetic Linear Motor Motorized Positioning Stages. Along with an ESI B.P. Power Amplifiers Chassis, and ESI B.P. High Voltage Power Supply, and some cabling, as shown. These stages were removed from an ESI 9200 system. They look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. The cover to the upper axis assembly got a little bent, and one of the screws stripped, when we were removing it from the machine, but otherwise everything looks to be in pretty good shape. The power supply and amplifier chassis power up. However, I lack the knowledge and equipment to formally test these items, and they are being sold as-is. The bottom stage features an 8" Wafer Vacuum Chuck, and a couple glass encoder scales. An Optical Encoder assembly is also included, which is supposed ... moreto be mounted opposite one of the glass encoder scales. The upper stage assembly is to be mounted over the bottom wafer stage, and moves side to side. It also features a BEI Systems Co. Kimco Magnetics Division LA14-15A Linear Actuator, which apparently provides Z-Axis motion. Sold as-is. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 48"L x 40"W x 28"H.
