I have up for sale a neat vintage patent dated Dec 18. 1923 Art Deco Style Small Glass Desk or Counter Top Fahrenheit Thermometer. It was made by the MOVA PRODUCTS CO Long Island City, NJ. It stands approx 3-1/2" tall, is hex sided, 6 small feet, circular upper base section, and a domed top. The base is approx 4-1/4" diameter.The temperature Indicator is a Red Metal Flat Shaped piece. It appears to work correctly- can not give a scientific accuracy report but its working fine from comparing it to my other thermometers in the house. For you potential Foreign buyers.This is a Fahrenheit Thermometer. The piece is in Great Shape. Being fussy- I notice a small nip/nick on one of the small feet and the inside of the glass which could be cleaned has a small amount of tiny whitish specks. Overall it is in Excellent Shape. This is a fantastic vintage round tin advertising sign/ thermometer made by Pam Clock Co. New Rochelle, NY- dated 1956. It advertises Medusa Concrete and is in very good vintage condition with some signs of age(please see all pics) It is in very solid, original condition with it's original domed glass cover. It has been tested for temperature accuracy and is definitely working! No need for repairs unless you want to- I like that it shows some age! This is a very collectible and hard to find item that will only increase in value.
