There are a few scuff marks and scratches on the outside of the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. The two displays are in good condition with no cracks or chips. The internal structure of the item is in good condition with no cracks or dents. The power cable is in good condition with no cuts or frayed areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with problems. The internal lights came on and both lights work properly. The fan worked and ran properly as well. We turned the item up to the max temperature. 60 degrees Celsius, and turned the item to the max RPM, 400, and let the item sit for around 10 minutes. The item rotated without any issues and the item started to heat up automatically. We then left the item to max temperature but turned down the RPM to 30. We let the item sit for around 15 minutes and the item functioned properly without any issues. We used a digital thermometer to measure the internal temperature and it read 52.4 degrees Celsius and was still rising. We then turned the item down to 0 degrees Celsius and let the item sit for 30 minutes. The item never cooled down below room temperature and we are unsure the reason for this. Since we are unable to test the complete functionality of the item we are required to sell this item as is. This item also includes two shelves.
