Adolf Kuhner AG ISF-4-V Shaking Incubator For sale is this used Adolf Kuhner AG ISF-4-V Shaking Incubator. It is overall in quite good cosmetic condition with only a few slight issues. Also. On the bottom of the right side there are a couple of dents. The left-side panel is missing a few of the screws holding it on. There are a few normal scratches and scuffs on the exterior. The interior has a few marks, but is overall very clean and in excellent condition. See photos below for more details on physical condition. The warning beeper was going off. As the temperature was too low for the current setting and the unit was out of water. The current temperature in the ... moreincubator was 21C and it was set to 25.1C and it slowly started warming up. After awhile it reached and maintained the 25.1C. I then used three of the shaker controllers to make all three of the shelves rotate. They all rotated properly and adjusted speed correctly. There is one extra controller. As the 4th shelf is not installed(or included) The 4th controller gave an error of-FO- as it was not hooked up to a shelf. The humidity controller displayed H20-0; as I assume it is currently out of water. I did notice while the shelves were rotating that the top one has a very slight clicking sound of once per revolution. The light in the incubator does work properly also. After the unit reached the 25.1C I set it down to 15C and it slowly cooled down and then maintained that temperature. From what I can tell the unit seems to be in good working condition. Though I can't guarantee it beyond our basic testing. Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for bidding. This item is too large and heavy to ship by UPS Ground. As such. VWR 1575R Shaking Rotating Heating Incubator Up for auction is a used VWR 1575R Shaking Rotating Heating Incubator. This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are a few scuff marks and scratches on the outside of the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. The two displays are in good condition with no cracks or chips. The internal structure of the item is in good condition with no cracks or dents. The power cable is in good condition with no cuts or frayed areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with problems. The internal lights came on and both lights work properly. The item rotated without any issues and the item started to heat up automatically. We then left the item to max temperature but turned down the RPM to 30. We used a digital thermometer to measure the internal temperature and it read 52.4 degrees Celsius and was still rising. We then turned the item down to 0 degrees Celsius and let the item sit for 30 minutes. The item never cooled down below room temperature and we are unsure the reason for this. Used Vortemp 56 EVC Shaking Incubator from university surplus Externally this unit is fairly clean. With some text staining on the top cover(see photos) There is minor separation of the protective plastic coating over the screen, but it does not affect the readability of the actual display unless there is very harsh light from the side. I have taken some closeups of the screen, so please see the photos. Internally there is some residue that looks like graphite. Though it is overall fairly clean. Please see photos. All segments of the screen are in good working order. The power indicator lights but is dim. While running a couple of test sequences the motor runs well with no bearing or other mechanically troubling noise. The RPM sensor appears to work properly but I have no way to check it. The heater also functions properly. But I do not have ... morethe proper sensor to calibrate the temperature. The manufacturer has posted a Youtube video detailing the calibration process for temperature. The lid sensor also works properly. Includes platforms and risers as pictured in photos. With one movable shelf, appears to be in good cosmetic condition, although there are a few small dings, scratches, signs of previous use. Please look at the photos. The interior dimensions are approximately 13 ½” inches wide by 14 ¾” inches deep by 15” inches high. The unit powers-up and appears to respond to the controls. The shaker will rotate from 20 to 300 RPM smooth& quietly. The temperature range is from ambient +5°C to 80°C. I tested the heating capabilities by starting at 15.7°C and set the unit for 80°C. In about 25 minutes the unit had heated up to 80°C and was holding steady within +/ 2°C. This is the only testing that has been performed.
