What I know is that it powers on and climbs to any temperature setpoint within it's range and remains there. I have not found an online manual to assist me in any testing other than that. I also have not attached any gas bottles or tested those functions. The inside is very clean. The inside door seal looks okay. But the outer door seal needs replacement(see 11th photo) If there is anything you need to know about it that I haven't known to include here, please ask. I will do whatever I can to assist you.
