We let the item sit for around 15 minutes and the item functioned properly without any issues. We used a digital thermometer to measure the internal temperature and it read 52.4 degrees Celsius and was still rising. We then turned the item down to 0 degrees Celsius and let the item sit for 30 minutes. The item never cooled down below room temperature and we are unsure the reason for this. Since we are unable to test the complete functionality of the item we are required to sell this item as is. This item also includes two shelves.
