Up for your consideration is an ARO Model 7750 C. 1/2 ton pneumatic chain hoist, Serial#1100C64. It has 12' of lift, and it is in good working condition. There are various scratches and residue. Please ask any questions you might have. Make sure to look at the other chain hoists and tools that I currently have listed. I mainly use Fed Ex even though the calculator shows it as UPS. Up for auction is a used. Good working stainless steel chain hoist made by David Round& Son, Inc. Built in 2007. 2 hp motor with 10 ft of chain and remote control. I do not see a weight rating on this unit but I would assume it will pick up atleast 1000 lbs- possibly as much as 2000 lbs. It is custom built out of stainless steel and came from a pharmaceutical company that downsized. It is set up with rollers to be mounted on a 4-6" I beam. This mount can be easily removed so that you can mount your own system. Comes as shown in the picture. Item will have to ship freight. It weighs about 300 lbs. Will palletize and load free of charge. I was a Crane Operator for many years and the first couple of Cranes I ran were P& H Brand. I have been around hooks. Blocks, Snatch Blocks, and Shackles for many years, but never saw a block made like this at this size. It is weighted like a block used on a Crane, but in a small size. It is NOT a snatch block as it is not designed to come apart easily like a snatch block is. By the size of the sheave I would say it was designed for 3/8 or 7/16 cable. Here is a very Rare item! This is a Vintage P& H Cable Block with one single 4 1/2" sheave and weighs a little less than 8 pounds. I was a Crane Operator for many years and the first couple of Cranes I ran were P& H Brand. I have been around hooks. Blocks, Snatch Blocks, and Shackles for many years, but never saw a block made like this at this size. It is weighted like a block used on a Crane, but in a small size. It is NOT a snatch block as it is not designed to come apart easily like a snatch block is. By the size of the sheave I would say it was designed for 3/8 or 7/16 cable. This would be an interesting Decor Display item or it could be used as a Block on a service trucks Boom hoist. I do NOT see a capacity on it. THERN winch and Hoist excelent condition
This sale is for a THERN winch/hoist assembly. This works very well. It has no issues, does not leak oil, has had all most no use. I bought it new several years ago to use with my amateur radio tower raising and lowering ability. It worked very well. While the Thern data plate says it is only 208-240 voltage, that is wrong, as can be seen from the original Baldor motor that is included, the motor can easily be set up for 208/240 or 460/480 voltage operation. The motor is 3 phase and rated at 1.5 HP. The drum head is in good shape, I don't recall the wire rope length that is on the drum, 100' or so i think. but the rope is in good shape, or if you desire i can remove the rope and send just the winch. one of the pictures shows 2 each pulley blocks, these will be included in this sale. I have sold the radio tower and no longer need this ... morewinch for the purpose it was serving.
