As mentioned, the unit is used but fully operational. The unit is generally clean with signs of longer term use and grease residue on the body(a few stubborn spots I could not scrub off) The body has a few red paint marks- mainly inside the body. It was branded"red" at one point but I removed most of the paint from the unit. The shipping weight is about 17 pounds and I will take off the detachable handle to ensure safe shipping. This is used but in good working condition as you can see in the pictures.all the direction stickers are intact. springs are fully functional cable does not have any kinks nor is it frayed. this has only been used a half a dozen times. and it works great. all hook clips are on hooks and the springs work. the wing nut that holds the handle on is missing one ear.
