This one is a 1/2 ton spur ... moregear type. We hooked it up to operate the chain and and the hoist seems to be operating properly. The hook at the top allows the hoist or chainfall to swivel 360 degrees as one would expect. This is a handy garage. Farm or barn tool for occasional heavy lifting requirement. It could use a little cleanup and some grease in the grease fitting would probably be a good idea but seems to be in good mechanical condition overall. We did notice some wear to the inside surface of the chain guide or guard piece caused when someone stands off center to the hoise then pulls the chain so that it rubs on the guide. The guide is still in structurally sound condition in this area but did want to mention it and show this area in the pictures. This is a hefty hoist that will weigh about 75 lbs when packed for shipping. It will be over the USPS limit so we'll be using UPS ground for the shipping service. The zip code and city to use as starting location for those who wish to do their own estimate of UPS charges to their location would be 03301 and Concord, NH. Shipping costs will probably make this best suited for those located in the Northeast USA or New England area. We have no packing or additional shipping service fees. That's about it. For those who might inquire about local pickup this item is located about 15 minutes from the junction of Interstates 89 and 93 near Concord in central New Hampshire. Pickups are most easily arranged nights and weekends. For those who are distant from NH but have trips planned to NH within 45 day from the sale ending date, we will arrange to hold this provided payment is received within 7 days of the end of the auction. YALE 1 TON ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST W/MOTOR DRIVEN TROLLEY 20' LIFT
This is a very nice Yale model kelb 2000lb capacity chain hoist with a yale model MDT01 motorized trolley. The hoist is three phase 460 volts and has a 20 ft chain and the speed is 32 fpm. The trolley speed is 75 fpm. Both were made in 2005. Comes with pendant control and 100 ft of ac cable with rollers attached. I have tested the hoist and trolley and both work perfectly. Here's a good Vintage Yale& Towne. Spur Geared, Block& Chain Hoist, It's manually operated, 1 ton capacity, Model BB. The block is about 14" across. The pull chain extends about 6 feet form the block. The hoist chain is about 9 feet long. This was an auction find in upstate New York, No history about its use. I see no issues with the operation. Spear teeth are visible and all there. The stop latch is fine, with good spring tension. This hoist can still do the job. Weighs about 100 pounds.Quality old tool here. Made in USA! Ships Fast!

Vintage 1/2 ton Chain Hoist Yale Spur Geared Block Manual Chain
Used but still hard working hoist. It has about 20ft of chain on the hoist chain and the looping chain for working the block hangs about eight foot from the top hook when hung.
