If you don't want to use the hook mount, you will need to purchase the mount to attach the trolley. The rubber grommet at the top of pendent cord is torn but does not affect operation. Someone installed lift chain with a"one turn" twist in it and ran it that way for a while. See picture of"rub marks" in about 5' section of chain! We removed the"tail end" clevis pin and un-twisted the chain one turn and it hangs perfectly- but note well the wear/rub marks. kmyer74 Store EXTREMELY nice very lightly used(If used at all) cm lodestar 1 ton electric chain hoist with pendant control. I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10. Only has a couple small scratches from moving it. Single phase 110/120 volts. 15 ft lift@ 16 fpm. Tested and works perfectly.
