This is a Coffing Hoist model LHH-1B in excellent used condition. This hoist was used for 2 light lifts and then was no longer needed. The hooks show that the hoist has had minimal use. There are some minor dents in the face plate as pictured. The hoist has 10 foot lift. The instruction booklet is included and is still in its plastic package. This is a rigging tool and should be inspected by a competent person before being placed into service.

Up for sale is a 2 ton CM Lodestar 110V chain hoist. It has the 20ft chain. And can do 8ft. per minute. It is model(R) and plugs into any normal outlet. The hoist has a 2013 manufacturer date on it as you can see from both the sticker on the hoist as well as the test report from the factory. So it couldn't have been used too much. Cosmetically it is in fabulous condition. I got it from a business that was closing. So I don't know much about it other than it powered up when I plugged it in. You will have to attach the hook and chain basket when you receive it. But all the hardware is there to do so. It looks like they were never put on in the first place. I am listing it for local pick-up. But I am willing to ship it. It is over 180 pounds, so I will have to build a crate and it will have to be shipped via freight. This unit came from a closed plant in the condition you see it. We where told it was fully operational which it is but it has a few issues. I believe the brake assembly on the motor side is missing and the transformer is wired for 110v. Basically the 220v to 24v transformer in the unit was replaced with a 110v to 24v transformer to power the hand controls. This maybe the issue with this unit but I have not gotten deep enough into the wiring to diagnose it. Up operates perfect but down sticks sometimes as you can see in the video.
