This is a very heavy and heavy duty I-beam and the same goes with the trolley it rolls nice and is capable of hold by far more than three chain hoist could put on it. Now as far as the Chain Hoist I have completely gone through this and replace any worn out items that I could replace on this unit and cleaned it up nice. It has a ten foot lift and a 12 foot long cord for the controller and a fourteen foot cord for the plug in. this really is a heavy duty. Commercial hoist and in great shape) It will give the buyer many many years of use. if taken care of) It will also comes with a chain that would be used to hang the hoist on the trolley or it will hook directly to it. I believe the chain length on the hoist to be about 12 feet or so I will measure it and let you know with a revise. Foro sale is a Budgit 1/2 ton hoist. Model# BEHC5016. This is a model that is currently being produced by Budgit(Man Guard) and is their latest design. It is set-up for 208V 3-phase. We upgraded to a full overhead system and no longer have any need for this hoist. It was used very little in our shop. It functions 100% and we never had an issue with it. The hoist comes with one ton Frost beam trollies so you can mount it on I-beam. It also comes with the cable carriers that can be seen in the pictures. I believe the chain has a 10 foot length. The operation, service and parts manual is included as well. These sell new for over $2500. Save some money and get this one for much less. We have contacted a local crane rigger and should be able to price the rigging onto your flatbed truck. You as the buyer are responsible for its' removal. the seller would like to use it till the end of August. you must use a qualified crane rigger with insurance to remove it.
