Pre-owned pair of old Wilson Safety Goggles with side safety shields. Glasses show wear and more from probably sitting in a garage or barn. The inside edges of the shields show some corrosion that can be cleaned off and the wire ear pieces are wonky and need to be bent and shaped to the new wearer. Previous owner secured one of the side shields with a tiny piece of wire through the rivet holes. The name Wilson is stamped on the inside of the nose rest piece. ITEM: Vintage pair of Sun glasses FEATURES: Adjustable/Bendable Wire ear pieces to fit all sizes. Lenses have a shade rating of 2.0(etched on lens Wn 2.0 H) The shading is what I would consider medium. All metal frame constructed. Number stamped on nose bridge- 23. Adult size. CONDITION: There is some glass rub/scuffing on the left lens that can be seen when worn. There are other minor tics that can not be seen when worn. VINTAGE WILSON SAFETY GLASS GOGGLES w/CLEAR GLASS, SIDE WINGS, CHAIN NOSE BRIDGE
Offered here is a very fine pair of WILSON BRAND SAFETY GLASSES WITH CLEAR GLASS LENSES AND PLASTIC SIDE PROTECTIVE FLAPS. These glasses have a chain nose bridge and cloth strap that holds them on the head. They were recently purchased and found in an old machinist's tool box. The glasses appear to be in good condition but the glass lenses are scratched up. Probably from use and just haphazardly placing the glasses in the tool box. On the side frames they are marked with the name" WILSON" These glasses were used. But not abused. Perhaps you could replace the round glass lenses and re-use them for safety work or as a fashion STEAMPUNK LOOK. Maybe even use them for riding a motorcycle. Vintage Wilson goggles motorcycle, safety, aviator? vented, removable lenses
Great old pair of glasses. Wilson brand. Lenses screw off and are replaceable. In good shape- lenses are not bad at all. With just light scratches. The strap is broken. But still stretchy/flexible- might still be long enough to re-thread and use, but easily replaced if not. Body is made of a hard plastic type material. Very strong. Not sure what they were originally designed for.
