ATLAS CRAFTSMAN Horizontal Milling Machine MFC Desk Bench Top Mini Mill Tool NR
ATLAS/CRAFTSMAN horizontal mill/milling machine. Model MFC. In excellent working condition. Very nice cosmetic condition and clean. It includes the automatic feed(change-o-matic) mechanism(gears and engager/ complete set up) Which functions perfectly. It includes the cutter arbor(7/8 in. diameter) and a few spacers, but most importantly it includes the overarm support bracket. Also included is a single cutter(sorry I don't have any others of this size) and a copy of the instructions/specs sheets. The machine is free of rust. Table has a few nic's on it. And it appears that the old owner(the person I purchased it from) machined the high spots in one of the table grooves(please view pictures) I purchased this machine a few years back(my fourth) from a retired machinist. I completely took it apart and cleaned every single part. Although ... morevery clean, it has not gotten any use in the last few months and might need various maintenance adjustment(tightening gobs and such) When I purchased the machine it was missing the pulley guard/cover on top but I have since purchased a replacement(same for the overarm support bracket) The machine has a few paint chips/scratches here and there(original paint but it does show its age a bit) nothing drastic however and it looks very nice for such an old piece. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to take a look at the machine in person before bidding since the mill is being offered without returns or exchanges. Once you purchase it, it's yours. Please be assured that the mill is in very good condition and functions perfectly. It was always cleaned immediately after use and lubed on schedule(per manufacturer) Please be aware that the machine was stored/used in a machine shop type of environment and might have a scent as such. For Sale. Vernon Horizontal Milling Machine. This is a 110v unit. Not sure of the HP rating. But the speed are infinitely adjustable. It is in good shape, just needs cleaned. Comes with all tooling and attachments needed to perform traditional horizontal milling operations such as both keyway and slot cutting. It also has Morse Taper type collets for holding all sizes of end mills and drill for standard milling operations. The vise is included and opens to approximately 3 1/2" The side to side table measures 5" x 20" and the front to back table measures 11" x 5" I did not have an opportunity to measure the Z axis, but i think its around a foot of up and down travel. Diamond Tool Co. B-12 Horizontal "Benchtop" Milling Machine with wheeled base
This machine is a small horizontal mill. What might be considered a bench top mill, but it is mounted on a cast iron base that has casters and storage space inside as shown in the pictures. It is a heavy duty machine for it's size and I have done some nice work on it. It has power feed on the table X axis, and comes with the shown vise as well as a couple of stub arbors that are not shown. I made the outboard arbor support shown with needle bearings, and improved the rigidity considerably. The motor has been replaced with a 2 horsepower motor that can be wired for 120 or 240 volt. I'm guessing this unit to weigh 600 to 700 lbs. so I am listing it as pick up only, but if you really want me to ship freight I could put this on a pallet and set that up. Vertical drill - mill head from old Cincinnati horizontal milling machine
This head came on my old Cincinnati#2 horizontal miller when I got it some 20 years ago. The auction is for the head as shown in the first picture. The last two photos show how it was installed. The milling machine has been scrapped, it is not included here. Not much info on the head, two brass plates, on stamped A101, the other"Timken bearing equipped" The end of the spindle has a#3 morse taper, the drawbar hold this chuck in tight. The chuck has a 3/4" straight bore. Both drawbar& chuck are included. The large collar is 4 1/4" bore, it fir on the horizontal arm of the miller as shown. There are degree markings all around the collar. The motor is 3 phase, 1/2 hp, 230/460 volt. It is 1140 rpm. This unit always worked fine for me, I used it mostly as a drill press, I did a little light milling, but the table on the ... moremiller was so shot it was hard to get accuracy. As this sits, it's about 100 pounds. I will separate the motor from it and send it ups ground in two boxes. If you don't want the 3 phase motor, let me know after the auction ends, the shipping will go down some for sure. If you have any questions, please ask, I will do my best for answers. Rockwell Vertical Horizontal Milling Machine With Tooling
This Rockwell vertical horizontal knee mill was in our schools shop class for a few years then purchased and set in the back of the shop for years. I dug it out and cleaned it up to where everything moves like it should. The motors were not worth saving so I replaced the vertical motor with a 110 volt motor. I did not replace the motor for the horizontal mill. The brackets and attachments are all there as far as I know. I hate to sell it because it is an impressive machine but I simply do not have the time for it anymore. I used this and my Logan lathe that I also have listed to build some experimental turbines and it has just set for the last 6 or 7 years. Yuasa 12" rotary table horizontal vertical Made in Japan. The table has minor dinges and scratches. It has been lightly used and is in good condition. Has a plastic cover over one oil cup. It is too heavy for UPS ground and will need to be shipped freight which should be under $200. It can be shipped to a nearby terminal for pickup. This part can be picked up from my shop which is 10 miles south and east of downtown Saint Louis. Missouri, forklift loading is free. Or freight shipped. Please check out my other auctions.
