Stark (?) Collet Draw Bar Metal Lathe Machinist Tool Hardinge Goodell Watchmaker
Not positive(and NOT guaranteed to be correct) so please view pictures carefully but I believe this is a collet draw bar to a stark 4 lathe. I had another Stark drawbar that was the brown big handle one that came in the same box as this one and had the same threads. 20tpi. From looking at Tony's lathe site I think this is from a lathe with the lever operated drawbar. Inside tube are lines from old school methods.
