This allows you to take it places trailers aren't allowed. Rolls very well and is extremely easy to push around. It has a single sink, with a stainless steel water tank(gravity feed, located behind the bun storage) and a waste water tank. Large ice bin behind the burners with a sliding top. Lots of bun storage and it also has storage beneath the burners. It has two burners and holds a full hotel pan. Currently there is a 2/3 pan and a 1/3 pan in it with hinged covers. Nice Custom Carts hot dog cart. Not some backyard homemade cart. look them up. They have been making professional carts for over 20 years! Replaced lines to burners and added a new three burner unit. painted entire frame as well. Rolls well as I have taken it from place to place several times. Things left to do are a good cleaning and some dividers for the pans. also to drill three holes for burner shafts. I put about $250 in new parts on it. New gas line from tank to burner installed. Rare hinged lids on metal bins which helps when working as lids do not fly all over place! Sink needs new faucet- about $25 Cash business for 2015. get started now!
