The hotdog is fiberglass and has a four dip sink basin with hot water which is all incased in a metal cabinet marked craftsman. It has a college size refrigerator. Cart comes with all street light connected and approved by DOT. Cart has four burners each dedicated to grill, fryer, and two for front steam pans. Grill and fryer can be removed and replaced with four more steam pans for a total of eight 1/3 steam pans. Pans, lids, grill, and fryer basket are included.
