This BBQ food truck is for sale in Tampa. FL. We have operated it successfully for one year now and are now expanding into a brick& mortar restaurant. It is a manual diesel engine and gets very good gas mileage as compared to our food trucker colleagues who average 3-5mpg. The truck's build out was done by Dixie Trailer here in Tampa Bay and no short cuts were taken. The roof top was reinforced and painted white with a special sealant. The serving window is flush with the truck's body and is built to be solid and secure when locked. The A/C unit on the top is off-set so that any condensation does not drip over and on to the serving side of the window. It does need repair.
