The cabinet includes the 3 wire shelves as shown. These wire shelves fit inside the cabinet on pan slides that fit on the inside brackets. It is wearing a food permit from the city of Los Angeles California ... moredated 1992. I am not sure if it was built as food vendor new, or perhaps was ticket maid cart and then converted. I can tell you there is NO rust on this unit and it is very clean. After purchasing it. We had it painted top to bottom and did a full detail. Additionally we installed new tires and replaced a few hoses. It does leak a little oil and occasionally will backfire. We have been running fuel conditioner through it and have seafoamed the carburetor a few times. It is running much better, but my knowledge of carburetor rebuilding on Cushman air cooled motors is pretty limited. Onboard this little cart is a handful of item to make make food vending on the go fun and easy. There is not a grill so cooking is limited to warming and keeping food warm. The back heating area is designed for steaming and the entire area will stay warm when the doors are closed. Located on the top left is water storage tank that appears to be about 20 gallons. The water simply gravity feeds and it does run through a heat exchanger located next to the propane burners for the steam table. At the very bottom of the cart is a waste water tank that will hold about 20 gallons as well. The
