The trailer was licensed in the state of ct as a commercial bakery and licensed in the city of Danbury. Ct as a vending"truck" and commercial kitchen(2012) We have grown into a permanent location and are no longer using the trailer. We had three people at a time working in the trailer with plenty of space. There is stainless counter space in the front and the back of the trailer by the three bay sink, an espresso machine area with its own small refridgerator. There is a larger NSF fridge for ingredients. Avion LaGrand Coach 31' in length We have gutted the interior as far as taking out all old appliances. Cabinetry, woodwork. We did not remove anything from the bathroom in case new owner would like to keep it. We hooked up power converter and it still works. The interior lights turn on but no outlets that are there work.
