I will not PART the truck or the equipment of the truck out at all. I have a 1980 project catering truck that I started working on a few years back that is about 80% finished. The truck is a 16ft Grumman like a fedex truck. That means that the box part of the truck behind the drivers seat is 16 feet long to the back door. It has a 350 Chevy with auto. The motor and tranny have lots of miles on them I don't know how many but I intentionally went with this setup because they are easy and cheap to replace. It also has the double doors in the rear. And the single side passenger door. The entire truck is made of aluminum. The truck sits on a 2 ton class C frame. That is about where the factory stops. Modifications are as follows. The truck as a serving window in the passenger side that is made of the original skin of the truck. The body was ... moreremoved and the support struts have had 5" C channel Steel added to them to reinforce the floor. This makes the body and the floor very stable and strong. It has a custom built steel. Outside ventilated lockable combination gas bottle/ Generator cabinet. The gas system is setup for double input to the gas supply manifold. The gas system is 1/2" steel and is routed under the floor. It has 2 large propane bottles and regulators installed. The generator is a 6600/ 10000 and is located in the base of the cabinet. The generator is setup to run off the main fuel tank. Inside the truck the the top of the cabinet is built to hold the 40 gallon water tank. The hot water heater is a constant stream flash heater that runs on propane and is all fed by gravity. A pressure pump is not required but is easily added. Everything not used for the catering truck purpose was removed from the inside of the truck it is now all brushed aluminum. The truck is also setup for towing a trailer. All of the exterior paint has been removed from the sides up to and including the roof radius. In preparation to paint. Wag catering box snack truck box
Up for auction is a catering box off of a 2000 Ford F-350. Over all the box is in good shape. The hinges and doors are good. The burners for the oven need work but the one under the coffee pot works great. It has pipes for the coffee and water and one of them is busted. I don't remember which one. The cold side is crept cold with ice and propane heats the oven and on the drivers side is storage and the water tank and coffee pot. One or two of the doors has weak shocks but they still hold the doors up. It has been about 3 year's sense the box has been used for business. Any questions are welcome and I will do my best to answer them. You will have to come get the box I cannot deliver it and you will need to come get it within 10 days.

I put a new driver side manafold on it also so it does not have the exhaust leaks that most older rvs get. So its mechanically sound new rubber roof new vents 1 new electric fan vent The kitchen has 1 new full size refrigerator and 1 new pop refrigerator that are running off of the 4000 watt onboard generator and a few other outlets that run off it to so when you get home you can plug it in to the land line and your stuff stays cold or crocks still run. 2 new microwaves double electric deep fryers 24 in griddle with 2 new 40lb propane tanks 2 stainless steel cabnets with counter tops 3 new ... morecoolers pizza pizzazz french fry cutter New 5500 watt generac generator and much much more a little bathroom a front office with 4 captain seats.
