We did our best to preserve the original look of the airstream while adhering to the NSF board of health guidlines. The trailer was licensed in the state of ct as a commercial bakery and licensed in the city of Danbury. Ct as a vending"truck" and commercial kitchen(2012) We have grown into a permanent location and are no longer using the trailer. We had three people at a time working in the trailer with plenty of space. There is stainless counter space in the front and the back of the trailer by the three bay sink, an espresso machine area with its own small refridgerator. There is a larger NSF fridge for ingredients. The oven is a rockstar.a Blogett half sheet, six rack convection ... moreoven, which is vented(fire marshal approved) and runs off the trailers propane tanks. Electricity is provided by two Honda 2000 generators(light and portable, and worth a lot on their own) two circuits are needed to run all so if you are plugging in, keep this in mind. We decided to leave the bathroom intact(if you are working events you will greatly appreciate this) There is a gas cooktop we are including if you want to add a hood, though we did not as we are strictly a bakery. This is a 1965 Chevy Concession Stand. This is a unique one of a kind concession stand sure to get attention. It does have four sinks in it but they need to be hooked up. It does have a freezer. Refrig, steamer pot, lots of shelving space, and a storage closet. It has the gray water storage tank and fresh water tank. It has 110 and 220 hook up. Tires and wheels are like new. It comes with a shirt to hide your wheels. It has a canape over serving window but it needs repair or you can replace it. It has two outdoor serving tables that pop up on the exterior. That tank has a pump to send the water to the sewer or to a 300 gal. tank in the nurse truck. All steel frame construction with log exterior. Interior is FRP over 1/2"OSB. Roof is covered with Green Steel Roofing Swamp cooler on the roof. We were never in a climate that we needed the water hooked to the swamp cooler. Lighted sign on front of trailer with changeable letters for daily specials and large sign on roof that are indirectly lighted 3 stainless steel work tables. Small glass front refrigerator at service counter, stainless storage shelf. Small stores: All the pots. This is a fully functional truck that gets so many looks and thumbs up. We are ready to upgrade to a brick and mortar. It is a 1963 Ford Vanette. The truck is in phenomenal condition for its age. I can honestly say that the look of this truck is one huge part of the success of our business. We have been in the local paper over 8 times and are the most recognized truck in the area. The truck has new wiring for the vehicle and the equipment. It is set up for 110 or 220 if you need it. All of the equipment is industrial brand names like True, Wolf, and Imperial. the propane tank is an 18 gallon under the truck and everything works in truck with the exception of the oven. I have never needed it for my menu so I never got it fixed, but my friend said it would be an easy fix and he works on equipment like that. the truck runs great. i bought this 1982 Chevy P30 step van with the thought of converting to a food. Concession truck when times were tough and then things got better and truck became a lawn ornament never finished. What it has is a 12' box, 50amp service, sliding window and SS shelf, 36" griddle(NEW) on a NEWLow design griddle table, 46 gal fresh water tank, SS walls, 3 compartment sink, and a prep table with refrigerator below. MOBIL CONCESSION KITCHEN AND TRUCK
This is a turnkey operation with current 2014 permits for Klamath Co. OR. The unit is being operated at special events. Health and age are taking it's toll and advising me to sell the complete unit with everything inside. The truck is a 1999 GM/Grumman-Olson walk-in that is the commissary. There is a 3” partition between the work area and the drivers compartment. The truck has about 34,000 miles. The engine is a 6.5 non-turbo diesel with an Allison automatic transmission. The rubber is around 85% good shape. It has a radio and heater but no air conditioning. There is a backup camera that needs repair. All highway legal in cab. The truck was a PG&E service unit and has been well maintained. Work/storage area: The right side has a large storage cabinet in the front and a work area directly behind it with a formica top. Under this area ... moreover the right side wheel is a 3 cylinder diesel 7 KW generator. Around 850 hr's on engine and it is serviced on a regular basis. The unit runs off the truck diesel fuel tank. Useage around 3.5 gallons in 10 hrs. Above the work counter is a storage rack. There are circuit breakers for both the truck electrical and the kitchen trailer. There is a 30' cord to attach power to the kitchen. In the left front is another work table that has drawers and storage below. Directly inside left rear are 2 propane bottles, 25 gallons each. This operates the water heater and 4 burner stove. Above cabinets and tables are storage racks. There is a solar fan mounted at floor level in the event of any propane leakage and a roof vent with a fan. The tow package is highway legal with brake sender in cab. The trailer is a 16' x 8' wide Aluminum/Steel built by Freedom Trailers in 2011. I replaced the regular tongue mounted screw jack with an Electric Hydraulic Jack, 10K capacity for ease of leveling.
