Under the hand sink it has some of the floor gone from cleaner being spilled on it.there are no holes in the main floor.just under the closed cabinet. The large prep table has a clean stain on the bottom level. The outside where the shelves go have some scratches from putting it on and off. I have a Cecilware model B6-24" 32k BTU propane flat griddle removed from my concession trailer. We purchased the trailer in 2010 and removed the griddle immediately as we weren't going to use it. The person we purchased from was original owner(2008) and he told us they had never used it. It came installed on the Cart Concepts trailer 7212. Because of the cart manufacturer installation. There are no removeable legs so the griddle will sit flat, although you may be able to purchase them from the Cecilware manufacturer. We did test this when we first made the purchase and everything worked.it has been safely stored since. Talking with one of the old carnys revealed that they used indiviudal letters for a couple of reasons. Painted signs were expensive and could not be changed. If you could change your sign on a moments notice and you ran out of something or your sales were slow on something you could switch to what was working. For example. On a cool night ice cream is slow but gyros/burgers/fries move. This particular carny would have 8 to 10 concessions at one location and many times would be working 3 to 4 locations at the same time. Makes sense I guess. Simply an early version of the lighted signs with plastic letters. Only the letter is for sale. Just included the other pics to show where they came from. 12 inches tall and about 1/2 thick. From an old carnival operation now out of business. Up for auction is a stationary Concession/multi use Trailer. The exterior dimensions are 12' x 28'3" x 10'9" tall. The interior is seperated into two rooms. The food prep area and the Customer pick-up/reception area. The two rooms are seperate by a man door and a sliding glass window(used to wait on Customers) The food prep area is 17' x 11' and the floor and walls are tiled. There is a man door exit/entrance in the food prep area(in addition to the door which leads into the reception area) The ... morereception area is 9.5' x 11' and has a tile floor. The entry door into the reception area is wooden. Is rotted, and will need to be replaced. There are(4) two bulb flourescent light fixtures in the reception area. The floor to ceiling measurement is appx. 7'5" The unit has a 100 amp breaker panel in it. There are many electrical receptacles throughout the unit(and several on the outside of the unit) There is an alarm system in the unit. The undercarriage of the unit is galvanized and is solid and in very good shape and the floor is perfectly solid. The roof is metal and is solid and in very good shape with no leaks. The unit does have four wheels underneath it(tires are holding air but are dry-rotted) The wheels are meant to roll the unit onto a trailer. They are not meant to tow the unit any distance. A tractor with a lowboy will need to be commissioned to move the unit. I had the unit moved appx. 25 miles and the cost was $700. Local pick-up only. There is a small gash in one piece of siding on the rear of the unit. There are some rust stains in one area on the rear of the unit. These faults are visible in the pics. Espresso Coffee Food Concession Trailer professionally built by QSI..immaculant
This trailer was purchased new for $59.456.00. The users were in business for just a few months and closed up. Trailer is in unbelievable condition. I have the original paperwork showing the pricing and the options this trailer came with. The trailer was made by QSI, which was a custom espresso trailer company in Oregon. They are out of business now. I purchased the espresso trailer from the original owners in PA. The owners tried to start a drive thru coffee bar in a very small town and were only in business for less than 6 months before closing it down. The building sat with the air and heat on until I purchased it last Fall. The sellers had nearly $80.000 in the set up and equipment. I have their receipts. They put it behind their gas station hoping to be the next star.buck. It didn't take off for them and so they gave up after a short ... moretime. The air and heat has been on the entire time. They wanted to protect their investment. My wife is from the sister town and a family member told them about my coffee business in Jackson, MI. I had a local guy take off the skirting and the awnings, and had another company pull it to Michigan. The trailer was on stabelizers with the wheels taken off. Wheels were put back on and it was ready to be pulled. The trailer has a removable trailer tongue that once removed tucks under the front of the trailer. The QSI espresso trailer has double axles with electric brakes. It has a durolast roof that does not leak. Central air and heat on the roof. There are air and heat act as air curtains above each drive thru window. The original owner had the trailer hard plumbed and hard wired. It has a 200 amp electric panel. We have converted the trailer to be used with a generator. It has a high end surge protector built in. One can easily convert it back to hard wired electric. We also installed two new fresh water tanks that are filled from the outside. One is for the espresso machine(in case you want filtered water) 16 gallons. And the other is for the hand sinks(larger 42 gallon tank)

This is a modified Kahns Hotdog wagon from the old Reds Riverfront Stadium. The wagon is 12 ft long x 4'10" tall to top of stand and 3'4" wide and rolls very easily. This has a nicely modified cart to make it easy to roll and setup anywhere. The hotdog is fiberglass and has a four dip sink basin with hot water which is all incased in a metal cabinet marked craftsman. It has a college size refrigerator. Three steam tables with cutting board and a two burner propane stove with a electric plug in that area also for a hotdog roller if you want.
