It measures 18"x6"x 3" The surface is in decent shape, smooth and no cuts or gouges, but does have some light brown marks. No back or side rails. When you pull the handle 90 degrees it locks up. It does not pull 180 degrees like it's supposed to. I can feel it starting to magnetize when I get at 90 degrees so it wants to engage, but then will go no further. Trying it out, I broke the roll pin that holds the handle on, that will need repair too, and the handle shows some wear.
