Bush Hog Backhoe Attachment 762H - 3 point mount
This is a nice Bush Hog 762H 3-point mount backhoe. It comes with a 12 and 16 inch buckets. I bought this used 5 or so years ago to do some minor digging and now that I am done it doesn't get used enough to justify tying up a tractor with it on. I just used it a few weeks ago and unfortunately blew one of the hydraulic hoses(just a normal flexible hose, not a metal line) and I decided that rather than fix it I would just sell it and let the new owner take care of it. If I remember the manual correctly the 762H is a 7.5 foot dig depth machine. It comes with the PTO pump and oil reservoir and everything you need to attach it to your 3 point. It is currently on a Farmall H with a category II 3-point hitch. Over the years I have also had this on a John Deere 2020 and an International 2544. The owner's manual shows you how to adjust the ... moretop link bracket/bar on the unit to fit whatever tractor you are mounting it to, there are a bunch of different holes to fit about anything. I have a photocopy of the manual somewhere- if I can find it I will include it- otherwise you can find it online as well. Other than the one blown hydraulic line and the loose seat cushion the only thing I have ever noticed is that after it sits unused for a week or so the downriggers start to settle so I assume one of them has a tiny air leak or something- it has no effect when you are using it and it doesn't leak fluid when you are using them either so I never worried about it. This model also has a skid-loader connector available for it so you can remove the 3-point brackets and put on a skid loader bracket(it shows this in the owner's manual. Most dealers never show there customers the Grand L series because they are more expensive and most people come in just talking about what HP they need. Kubota Grand L4240 and the larger HP compact tractors are hard to fine and real hard to find with a loader and frame mount backhoe. Has not been repainted or touched up. Could use a good wax job to make it look even better but a very very nice condition tractor loader backhoe. This is a nice condition Kubota L4240 and had a very good home. Was home owner used and not abused! Starts and runs very good. Hydro is smooth and operates very nice, four wheel drive works great and the loader and backhoe are in great condition. This is the way these tractors should be set up with the Kubota HD loader and Kubota BH90 backhoe. The Kubota LA854 loader is a very HD loader and the BH90 Backhoe is also very powerful and not a toy backhoe.
