This item is in good condition with some minor scuff marks and scratches that do not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are all in good condition as well as the display. We did notice the wavelength dial was hard to turn and we are unsure the reason for this. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. The light came on without any issues. We inserted a test tube into the item and the gauge seemed to measure the tube without any issues.
