It powers up as you can see, and it goes through its initialization without complaint. That includes calibrating the unit with both the UV and Vis lamps. In addition I was able to navigate through the menus and select Diagnostics. Where it passes all the tests. It was in Direct control mode which I guess would be when it is being controlled with a computer. I was able to toggle it back into local control. And having selected the only Method programmed in, was able to initiate a run if only momentarily. I don’t like to run things with pumps without there being something to pump. I don’t think they like it much either. That is the extent of my testing and NO warranty is offered. However. IF you pay the asking price ... moreand find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it. Returns are ONLY allowed on Buy It Now Purchases.
