The only thing that we did note was wrong with the unit is 3 minor issues! 1. The lid heat/working INDICATOR LIGHT on the front of the unit did not come on(but the unit works great. Just the indicator light does not come on! and#2. the clock/date resets every time the unit switch is powered off and back on. And#3. The screen brightness level resets every time its powered off. might be because there are no preset programs in the unit? But the unit runs programs and cycles heat great!
