We were able to use all the function buttons without any issues. The swing arm lowered and raised without any issues. When we turned the function button the numbers changed on the display. Unfortunately we are unable to test this item beyond what we have previously mentioned. There are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item. The function buttons are in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. The digital display is in good condition with no cracks or chips. The swing are is in good condition but does a small amount of rust on the springs but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The power cable is in good condition as well with no cuts or frayed areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on right away.
