You are viewing a Super MPX Bicycle Siren w/ three different alarm sounds. Other eBay listings of similar items prompt me to date this siren to the 1950s. I do not think that this siren was ever installed on a bike but the on/off switch has been disconnected from the siren. It looks like maybe it just came loose and I think that a person with an understanding of simple electronics could repair it. The siren is in very good shape. Cosmetically. The box is in good condition for its age with the biggest flaw coming from a rip about halfway through the bend on the top flap of the box. Thank you for looking. Very old veteran bicycle bike siren nickel fork bell alarm wheel driven vintage
The siren is in good working order and unblemished. But the nickel is a little tarnished. The siren is mounted on a spring loaded arm and is engaged with a rod or wire, note, the activating rod/wire is not with the siren. The mounting plate is flat on the inside and rounded on the outer to suit front fork blade shape. When activated the siren’s serrated pulley engages with the front tyre which spins the siren to cause a loud wailing sound. The pulley is Bakelite and is worn on the outer end. This is a vintage police or trench style siren whistle. Marked England as noted. The whistle is affixed to the leather wrist strap. The strap is in nice condition with normal wear to the leather from age. It is complete with no tears. The whistle works fine and gives off a siren sound. No other markings found on the whistle. The wah works in reverse. The hurricane and surf modes are weird the volume pedal selection does not seem to work. Drummer pisssing you off in band practice? A correct mounting bracket for the Sterling Sirenlite Siren Model 300 and perhaps Model 200. I say perhaps Model 200 because some of the Sirenlite 200's I've seen on Ebay appear to have the same bracket. I'm confident it is the correct bracket for the 300 because I have 2 Model 300's with brackets and it is the exact same bracket. The inside diameter is 4 3/8" by 1 1/4" wide. Please check your siren's measurements(at least the 200's) before bidding. Chrome is in great shape for its years. Does have imperfections and scratches but not thru chrome.No cracks in bracket.

Each one has different items on it and each one has a different border. But I believe these were homemade and the fabric must have been rare, I've never seen anything like them. Unused, still have original sizing, and they are a cotton/linen blend. The red is deeply, intensely, red, and the green is that 1940's Nile Green color. This set is really spectacular. Measure 16" by 29" I try to find any defects but I can't guarentee I'll see them all. No returns unless item is not as described. This is an older piece and therefor is no longer perfect as the day it was made. Insurance may be added to the cost of shipping.
