Includes battery and testing cables as well as a dry well. This has the optional battery operation functionality. Can be operated from an internal or external 12 VDC battery. I do not know the condition of the internal battery. I will assume it needs to be replaced. Powers up and appears to function. I was able to set the temperatures to 0 C and 100 C and the unit generated these temperatures. I did not test any other functionality. Pulled from a working environment that recently shut down.
