I know very little about this item except what is in the title since that is all the data on the standard. It is kind of complex in construction so I can only assume it was designed for a very specific application. Possibly just as a 50 ohm standard. N connectors are generally considered good to 12.4 GHz as should this standard be. It is in top physical condition and that makes me believe it is good working order though I really have no idea how this was used. It might well have been part of a laboratory calibration package. I used some lab trash as the input to 4175A to see if it functions. Measured ~3.9uH Inductor Measured ~ 500 Ohm Resistor Measured ~ 0.1uF Capacitor Had some trouble with the C and L measurement. Guaranteed to be in excellent electrical condition. Terminals do not have any noticable wear, unit is aesthetically undamaged. This would make a great addition to a lab, as the Leeds& Northrup 4210 is considered a primary resistor. It has been used in oil baths previously for measurements, so there may be some small amount of oil film, and resistor is inside a ziplock bag within its case. Hart/Fluke model 9132 IR Calibrator
For your consideration is a functional Hart(now Fluke) model 9132 IR gun calibrator s/n A29097. The calibrator is in good shape physically and electrically with the exception of the usual dings. Sticker residue, and scratches. You will see some pitting on the IR target but it does not seem to affect the readings much if at all. I did a functional check at two temperature set points, 100 deg C and 300 deg C, and my uncalibrated IR gun read within 3 degrees at 100 degrees and within 9 degrees at 300 degrees. The calibrator heated up and cooled down in what seems to be a normal manner. Bear in mind that the calibrator may need calibration. I do not have the resources to verify its full accuracy.
