Maybe base stations set-ups and other various applications. The unit was not fully tested however it was given a detailed inspection. The power cord is damaged so it was not plugged in. The previous owner moved the positive terminal closer to the right side of the unit and had a EICO battery eliminator connected to it. I have removed the battery eliminator from the unit. All of the buttons and knobs turn smoothly. The needles on the meters appear to be moving freely with no rubbing. The meters lens has some minor wear but does not interfere with the display. Lambda Model 50 Vacuum Tube High Voltage Regulated DC Power Supply
Up for your consideration is a Lambda model 50 regulated vacuum tube DC power supply. This power supply is in exceptional condition considering its age and it works perfect. It has all of its original tubes. All the tubes have been tested with my TV-7 tester and all tubes are in better than good condition, some like the 6L6's and 5R4's test like new. The power supply is 500VDC 500 mA. and comes in its own rarely seen cabinet with carrying handles and hinged back door with push button latch. The only down side is this sucker is HEAVY! it weighs 112 lbs. just as you see it in the photos, so shipping would be nothing short of a nightmare, that being said I would prefer a local pickup instead of shipping it.
