I powered it up and it puts out a hair over 24 volts. Which I thought was a bit strange, I was expecting 15. But given that it is 15A. Maybe that means it has a max output of 15 amps. That is the extent of my testing and NO warranty is offered. However. IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it. We assume it works as it lights up when plugged in. But we know very little about it…It does come with a thick black cord as well as the electric plug.
