It doesn't stick, but it was reading about 17% low. We adjusted the current meter to match the indication on our active load, and found there is lots of room for adjustment if your calibration lab still wants to tweak the current reading a little. I don't know how to properly test this but when I turn the power on the the fan comes on and the left side meter jumps and returns to zero. I don't get a response on the meters when I turn the knobs. This is as far as I have been able to test this and I am offering it AS-IS. Some of the plastic on the fine voltage knob has broken off but it still turns fine. This runs on 230V AC.
