There are a few minor scuff marks and scratches on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition and words and numbers are visible. The screen does have lines through it and we are unable to read what is on the screen. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We were unable to see what was on the screen to determine if the item functioned properly. The connections look to all be in working condition and we connected the item to a volt meter and we were able to get a small amount of voltage.
