When i drained the oil it seemed cloudy and milky like there had been water in the oil.When i purchased this at a surplus sale it was outside and raining and the filler cap had been off to the side and partly exposed the opening to the weather.it may have goton water in that way or it could be that the seal in pump is leaking? or something else that only just needed a flush and oil change?
