Vintage Lathem Time Clock Recorder Model 2151 with Key and Manual Works Great!
Hello bidders Today I have a tested and have a working vintage Lathem Time Corporation Time Clock/Recorder made in Atlanta Georgia with the key and the operations manual. Here is some information listed on labels inside the clock. It is a model 2151 Serial No. A-556510, Watts 3-4, Cycles 60, volts 115 It is a UL Listed 306G Time recording equipment. This is a very nice unit with just a little scratch in the front but no dents or denting with the scratch. It just needs cleaned a little. I have tested it for a day and the time piece worked and stayed in time. But you may want to replace the ink ribbon as it is very light when you punch in or out on a piece of paper. It automatically stamps on timecard when placed in the slot. It stamps bright and clock is working. There is no key included. Though the housing is unlocked so the date/time can still easily be set*I have not let it run long enough to see if the clock is loosing any time. Very cool Lathem Time Corporation punch clock model 212. And filing rack with 25 cubbies. Plus about 150 punch cards. 1950s/60s flashback is what this is. Its a heavy duty machine made in America. The tape even has a little life left(just a little as the imprint mark is super light) Other than the tape this machine functions properly. This is a cool piece that would look great as a vintage/industrial clock all by itself but even better as a time punch clock with the filing and the cards. Makes for a neat display. Great conversation piece. There are small dings and scratches and the lock was"modified" broken, probably because the key was lost at some point) so any old item can open the machine. There are small amounts of tape residue on the filing system but that should come off with a little elbow grease. Really nice condition considering ... morethe age. Vintage Lathem Lever Time Punch Recorder Stamp Bundy Clock East Meadow Machines
Supplied to us by East Meadow Business Machines(Long Island NY) sometime in the late 70's or early 80's. This vintage Lathem bundy clock, or popularly called an employee time punch clock, is yet another great addition to your collectibles! The machine itself still works and can still be used to punch in employee work time. If you know this machine well. The internal clock is not at all connected to the display clock. The reason why we need to explain this is because the analog display clock that you see in front of the machine does not work anymore. We simply just placed a working digital clock on top of the machine for employees' reference. The instrument used(like a T-shaped bar that moves the time-adjustment gear) to set up the correct internal time had been missing since more than 10 years ago. In order to set up the correct ... moretime. We simply opened the unit(keys included in this offer) We knew how to release the inside time-punching mechanism so that the punch time can be adjusted by using a paperclip tip to click the rotary gears that display the digits, around. The printing ribbon(red and black) still works fairly well although we recommend replacement in the future. There is also an easy method to use the machine's mechanical switch to make the ribbon spools move the ribbon in both directions when the ribbon reaches the end of its length. It's just like the good old typewriter ribbon forward-rewind technique of the good old times! We recommend you finding an old user manual for the machine if you do want to use it officially. As for looks. The pics display the actual machine and its cosmetic condition. If you do not know how this machine works and adjust time the way we have described above. Please think twice unless you really just want it as a collectible display! This unit is truly a nostalgic collector's item that was used by employees at our store for years!

You will get the clock shown in the photo. It is locked and I don't have a key. There is no model# shown but I assume a 2121 or something even older. Good old"made in the USA" vintage clock. When its plugged it it has a very low hum but the time doesn't change. As you can see there is something splattered on 1 side. May or may not come off. Because I am honest enough to tell you up that it doesn't work the unit is sold AS IS with NO RETURNS for any reason. Its very heavy and since I am shipping it free I am basically giving it away as after paying the shipping. EBAY and paypal fees I doubt there will be anything left over. Hoping it will go to someone that can use it to fix their own clock or that has the time and knowledge to fix this one.

Works great keeps accurate time.Ribbon is a little dry from setting. But it has the automatic advance so every time you stamp it the ribbon moves forward, so after a few times it will move the ribbon to a new spot and i think the ink will darken up. so it may need a new ribbon.
