Vintage Apollo Clocks- one working. One for parts or repair. These are not alarm clocks- they are time only. The Apollo on the left in picture#1 is the one that works. The case is in good condition- no dents, but there is paint loss and scratches. The plastic covering the face also has scratches. The parts clock has a large crack in the plastic, paint loss and rust on the case- but hey, here's a positive- no dents! The paint on the face has chipped off and is residing behind the plastic. They are both ran on AA Batteries(NOT INCLUDED) Here is what you get The clocks are used and have some scuffs and scratches on them. The smaller one has a top scratch on it. Thinner Smaller Danbury Clock-Quartz Batttery Operated. I put a battery in and it did seem to work. I only let it go about 15 minutes. The battery operated quartz clocks are mounted on a 1/4" thick aluminum plate that is 20-7/8" long and 6-5/8" wide. The gold colored second hands on the clock are showing some speckles of surface rust. Other than that the clock is in good cosmetic condition. There are 2 brackets at the back for wall mounting. The clocks have a"Stop-Start" switch and are made by the Tochigi Tokei Co. Ltd in Japan. A very interesting chart showing time differences based on distrance rather than modern time zones, thus when it is 12:00 in Washington it is 12:12 in New York City and 12:08 in Philadelphia, showing both national and international ... moretimes. Size: The map image measures approximately 13 by 15 inches(the diameter of the main circle is 13 inches) on a 14 by 18" 36x45cm) page with a margin all around for framing. Condition: The chart is in Good condition with overall tonal aging. Printed on a heavy page with original hand coloring.
