Bobcat M500 Skidsteer Loader new engine Runs great No Leaks anywhere!
This is a nice little M500 bobcat that the motor was just rebuilt. It has the Kohler K662 2 cylinder 24HP air cooled Gasoline engine. Unit runs and starts well no smoke or blowby no engine oil or hydraulic leaks. The tires are 95% the battery is new as well as the starter and stator and regulator. Has a new muffler and new wiring harness. The unit has about 10 hours since overhaul. All gauges and lights work. Has a working Vacuum gauge an hour meter an amp gauge and a low oil pressure light. The engine oil and Hydraulic filters have just been changed. This will do everything the new ones will do. Just a tad bit slower at a fraction of the cost. recent work since i've had machine- all work has approximately 300 hours. 4 brand new fuel injectors brand new serpentine belt and tensioner brand new hydraulic oil cooler remanufactured hydrostatic transmission remanufactured both drive motors rebuilt both planetary drives- new bearings. Shims, seals and lug studs. gears looked good. new outboard bearing on the right side of machine. Comes with another spare one new in box. left one looked ok(i did take apart to check) several of the roller tubes and rubber wheels rebuilt. Replaced brand new tracks replaced all 4 drive hoses rewired entire machine. Replaced almost all gauges except ammeter and tach new fuel sender and gauge new front lights. New bulbs in rear lights runs great tons of power. No smoke entire machine serviced recently. New air filter, hydro filters. has updated filter ... morehousing to accept three canister filters comes with new auxiliary hydro pump. New in box. pto still there and does work. dozer blade- previous owner bought blade new. Never used it. i used it for about 3 hours on one job this past summer. works great. loader frame needs rebushed. I've been using it and its ok for me. But it is looser than most would like. all cracks in the loader frame were welded and plated when i got it by a professional structural welder. no new cracks since repaired. auxiliary lines for low-flo side were moved to accept newer attachments without changing hoses. all four cylinders are leaking. Some more than others. given the wear on the rod ends of the cylinders, it would be beneficial to replace them instead of rebuilding them, to tighten things up a bit. cat 78" tooth bucket in pictures IS NOT INCLUDED. machine comes with a 84" smooth edge bucket.

I traded this for a zero turn lawn mower. Then 2 days later bought a Bobcat that has cab and heat, and I don't need 2 so this one must go. It has forks and a bucket. Has foot controls, 850 hours, doesn't have any major leaks(none that I've seen, but I will not guarantee there are none) 1000lb lift capacity, but this does have the counterweights on both sides. The previous owner mounted a gas tank on top because he says the filler neck leaks in the stock one. It also runs rough, especially when it's damp out. This NH LS-120 is a very nice and strong running machine. I bought it to do a small job. Completed it and I don't have the room to keep it. There are no problems with it, no noises, no leaks and no smoke. The hour meter(800+) functions as it should and the previous owner went through the motor a few hours before deciding to sell it to buy a larger machine. It has a good bucket with a removable tooth bar and also comes with a set of New Holland Adjustable Pallet Forks. All the lights and gauges work as they are designed to do. Tires are in very good shape with enough tread that they do not need replacing. It's life was spent moving dirt and debris for patio installation. The paint and lettering is all in good shape. I have a 1999/2000 CAT 226 skidsteer for sale. I took it on barter from a guy I did some work for and just never got around to doing anything with it. He was the original owner and used it mostly to load mulch and decorative stone at his small landscape supply yard. He parked it and went to move it approx a year later and it started right up but wouldn't move. When we did the deal and I got the machine home I lifted the cab and noticed a lot of hydraulic fluid in the floor of the machine. I added a little oil and it came back to life(started moving and operating) I then bought a new muffler. Fuel, air and hydro filter) I installed the muffler and made a new flex pipe(not my best work) I then attempted to change the hydro filter(I can not seem to get it off) changed the fuel filters, air filter etc. I have and I am Including a new hydro ... morefilter, new oil filter, has a new muffler on it but you may want to put a new flex pipe to have it perfect. I went to start it after I put the muffler on and now I am getting the blinking seat belt/ parking brake sensor flashing issue so I now gave up. I am selling it as is in need of a mechanic which I am not. I was told the machine operated fine when it was parked(and I trust the guy 100% I personally heard the motor running and it ran beautiful like it should. It is a joystick controlled machine and seems like it would make a very nice little machine for a homeowner to landscaper. This is a VERY nice machine that has been very well serviced. I bought this machine earlier this season because I wanted a bigger machine for my landscape business. I took my time searching because I wanted one with a very well taken care of under carriage. I brought this machine home after buying it from the second owner and I took it directly to my local Cat dealership and told them to go completely over it. The under carriage and tracks are in fantastic condition. I replaced two bogies upon there suggestion and also did a COMPLETE full service including all filters. It was told the machine based on previous records has been very well maintained and serviced properly. Upon inspection they said the machine had a leak in an A/C line and I told them I would wait till summer to fix it since its 30 degrees outside. That is the ONLY thing I am ... moreaware that the machine needs.the heat works great even the wiper and washer works great. This loader comes with the self leveling bucket and that's a great feature so you don't dump dirt or anything else on your roof. This machine is 100% READY TO WORK! John Deere 4475 Skidloader serial number M04475X030075. I am not sure of the year but I do know that they were produced from 1994 to 1998, it has a 220 series john Deere Diesel made by Yanmar, this is a 3 cyl. diesel that has 31 Horse Power, it starts runs and drives very good, it has a digital hour meter and I cant read all the numbers on it, so I am not sure of the original hours, but as good as it runs and operates I cant imagine it is a high hour machine, the loader arms arein very good conditon with no breaks or welds on them that I have seen, it has a quick tach on it so it can easily be changed from one attachment to another by just lifting two levers, it is lke the bobcat style, the park brake does work, it will creep forward a bit but if you set the park brake it sits still, all of the lights are in machine but only one of the front ... morelights and one of the rear red tail lights work, I would guess that it is only a bulb or light that is burnt out, the seat is new, the rims are good, two of the tires are 90% tread the other two are 10% tread but in good condition they are 10/16.5 tires, this machine has foot controls, you run bucket with your feet and maneuver back and forth left and right with the levers. the machine is running in the photos, it starts, runs and drives good, it is a medium sized machine, weighs around 4500 pounds so you can haul it around with a light truck and trailer, we have been using it some and it never gave any problems it is ready to go to work. Bobcat 843 skidsteer loader skid steer bucket Needs Repair Runs
Up for auction is a handyman special. A Bobcat 843 that runs but needs repairs. The operator was unaware of an oil leak while doing some minor excavating when the machine began to knock. He immediately shut it down to check the oil and found it to be extremely low. He had no warning. Evidently the low oil light is inoperable. We filled it back up with oil and restarted the machine, but the knock didn't go away. It was loaded on the trailer to take it home. The only other time it was started was when we had to drive it off the trailer. It has the Isuzu 55HP diesel engine. I belive it's a model 4JB1. It drives fine, all hydraulics work as they should. 2 tires are fair and 2 tires need replacement depending on what the intended use is to be in someone else's hands. The bucket needs some minor repairs, there is a couple of small cracks ... morein along the inseams. Viewing of the unit is welcomed. It's located in Laurinburg, North Carolina.
