2005 Gehl 5640 E Turbo skid steer new rubber 84HP good machine
Up for sale is a 2005 Gehl 5640E series skid steer with turbo. This is a one owner unit with 4900 hours on it. It has the 84hp Deutz diesel in it which runs great and has no blow by. It comes with a 66" cat bucket with bolt on cutting edge. This machine has the optional counter weight on it raising the rated lift capacity to 2.500lbs. It also has brand new 12-16.5 tires and wheels. It has dual auxiliary hydraulics with high flow. Unit is in its orginal paint and does have some previous patches on the boom that have been done right, I would not worry about them. Machine is tight and has allot of life left in it yet. You are looking at a very nice running Gehl 4625 skid steer loader. The Kubota diesel starts right up. Idles nice and low, and has hesitation free power. The engine on the skid steer is free of any leaks and does not smoke, burn oil, or make any odd noises. The hydraulics are free of leaks and operate nice and smooth just as you would like them too. The driving and hydraulic operations of this machine are all hand controls, except the auxiliary hydraulics which are run by your foot. The hoses are in good condition and the axle seals and bearings are in good condition. This machine runs and operates flawlessly. The only known issues are cosmetic, it has been touched up over the years and could use a little paint on the front bottom of the cab if you were really worried about it. Gehl 6635 DXT II skid steer loader HI FLOW NEW TIRES HEATED CAB 1620 HOURS NICE
You are looking at a very nice running. Low hour, well maintained Gehl 6635 Series II DXT High flow with service records back to new. The machine has been very well taken care of,with all regular maintenance done and any issue that has came up on the machine has been repaired promptly. This skid steer runs nice and smooth and has a ton of power. I just put a brand new set of 12-16.5 SOLIDEAL HAULER WIDE WALL HAULER SKS tires on the skid steer and it is ready to get to work. This machine comes with the enclosed heated cab, it does not have air but does have a fan. The glass for the cab is all in good condition with no cracks or gouges. The seat is in very good condition as you can see in the pictures. All the controls and functions work as they should. The skid steer has the Gehl style controls where the left side operates your boom and bucket ... moreand the right control runs your steering. The machine does not drift or creep and the parking brake functions as it should. Buy this skid steer and know that you are getting one that runs and operates just the way you would like it too with no known problems. As with all the machines that I sell I have used this one rigorously around the yard and have tested all the functions of this machine, and it performs very well. All the lights work and it does include the general purpose bucket that you see in the pictures. The FFC snow plow is available to the purchaser of the machine for an additional $795 as I will use it on a different machine if the new owner does not need one. Skid Steer GEHL SL5635DX - NO RESERVE - Priced to Sell.
Up for auction is my GEHL SL5635DX Skid Steer. Which I priced to sell with no reserve. The unit is powered by a Deutz oil cooled. Diesel engine. Everything works on this machine including the Auxiliary Hydraulic power take off. The year of manufacture is 1997, and it has approximately 1750 hours on the meter. The engine starts up immediately even when it is cold and everything works on the machine. I also have the workshop manual for this machine, and I have the parts manual on a CD. I bought this unit for a planned expansion of my Mobile Home Park in Missouri. With the past downturn in the economy the project was cancelled and I occasionally used the unit for odd jobs in the park. The tires are smooth and worn. They are filled with foam. I am told the only way to get them off the wheels is to burn them off. You will need to buy a set of ... moretires and wheels, or just keep running them on the smooth and worn tires. One of the clevises for the bucket has a crack(See photos) The prior owner did some welding on the crack, but it has cracked again. You will need to fix this. And the seat has some tears in it. These are the only defects that I’m aware of. The hydraulics on the unit are strong and works very well. I have kept the unit under cover for the time I owned it. And started the engine every two months when not used. The battery was replaced in October last year. The unit starts right up and runs like it should. Located in Osceola MO 64776. Up for sale is a 2001 GEHL SL5635SX Series II 2 speed. Machine has just under 3400 hours. Looks and runs like brand new. Both drive motors have recently been replaced. They have a one year warranty. Loegering VTS 58 Skid Steer Tracks John Deere Gehl Cat Case New Holland Bobcat
Tracks are new! I'm told by the dealer I bought them from that the system was completely gone through before the new tracks were put on. They were used on a Gehl 6640 with a 48" wheelbase before the new tracks were put on. They will fit many different makes and models because they are adjustable and the front idler that gets mounted will pivot 5" to adapt to different wheelbases. The loegering system is in great shape with good sprocket and rollers. This system makes a skid steer unstoppable. Go anywhere or do anything. They add weight down low which is great for hilly terrain and make it extremely stable with any load anywhere. Although they add weight, the psi and the low ground impact is incredible with the 18" wide tracks. The VTS system also adds ground clearance which is nice for going over rocks, manholes, and obstacles ... morein the woods. Gehl 2500 skid steer loader. Came in with a load of equipment and I do not know anything about. Onan 24 HP engine. There are new points. Hoses, condenser, plugs, fuel pump, and air filter. No battery. Engine turns by hand and has great compression. The machine is straight and has a good bucket. It is 100% hydraulic, no air clutches or anything. These were very popular machine in their day because of the hydraulic drives. Much stronger and bulletproof when compared to belt drive loaders. Not to mention repowering is very easy because there are no torque converters to mess with. Just drop in any engine that will fit. I have seen 25 hp kohlers in these machines many times. Gehl CTL80 is the same machine as a Takeuchi TL150. One of the biggest skid steer loaders on the market, and probably the most bullet-proof/durable. 1868 hrs. and counting. Almost 100 hp. and 7,000 pound tipping load. Was purchased new in 2008 and has been in the construction biz all of it's life. See specifications at bottom. Loaded with cold a/c. Heat, two speed, standard flow auxiliary hydraulics, two speed. Tracks have been in quite a bit of sharp rock and are somewhat cut up, but have about 50% tread depth. New paint on the rear gate(has bumps and bruises, but opens and closes nicely) and rear outside corners of machine.typical scratched and marked up areas. Here is a local garage sale find. Just kidding. I am selling this for a friend. I don't know much about this sort of equipment. But I will tell you what I was told. It is a Gehl 6635 DXT Skid Steer. It was ordered from the factory with Bobcat controls. So the pedals work the bucket, and the left and right levers control the wheel drive. It has 4121 hours on the clock. I am not sure of the model year. He said he thought it was a 2005 or 06, but I couldn't find a year on it anywhere. The current(2nd) owner, has only put about 200 hours or so on this in the 2 years he has owned it. He said he has the manual, and all service records for this. He said the engine has been rebuilt, there was some kind of a recall on the cylinder head, so it was replaced or repaired some time ago. He has the front door with wipers included.
