For your consideration. Is a 2003 Case 70xt Skid Steer loader. We are the original owners of this machine, and purchased it new in 2003. It currently has 849.1 original hours. These hours are correct and original. It has always been serviced properly and gotten anything that was needed. It has never been stuck on a salt pile in the winter nor loaded salt. It has been used since new plowing snow and landscaping services in the summer. Please notice that this is an all original machine, nothing painted or hidden. It does have some surface rust and scratches associated with active fleet service. A couple of years ago, we installed a brand new hydraulic pump, as the old one had failed and had no flow. It probably only has 2-300 hours on that new pump. The tires are all roughly around 35-40% It is equipped with a factory case cab and heater. Also ... morehas a radio with headphones.
