There are a lot of parts that have been burned, however there are lots and lots of good parts on the machine. Judging by the track condition the machine was very low hour when it burned. The undercarriage.tracks, rollers, sprockets, frame etc are all good. Lots of internal hydraulic, engine, transmission parts etc. Lots of good sheet metal parts. Unit has a hydraulic implement hookup, this is good too. This is a late model big HP caterpillar. Other mfgs make a big track skid steer too.Bobcat, Mustang, John Deere, etc.but they aren't a cat! This is an excellent running'06 Cat 257B with enclosed cab featuring A/C and heat. A/C blows cold and works like it should. One of the vents for the heat and A/C is missing some fins for air direction. The plexiglass in the cab door has some scratches as usually expected on these machines. The machine has new anti-vibration tracks and the undercarriage is in very good condition. No bogies or rollers need replacing all are about 70-80% condition. Bucket has quite a bit of concrete residue on it. But is a good bucket that is Cat brand. Machine features the Quicktach option. Which allows you to change buckets or attachments hydraulically without getting out of the cab. All the lights work as can be seen in pictures. And the machine is ready to be put on a job. You are looking at an excellent running 2006 Caterpillar 287B High Flow XPS Track skid steer loader. This is a great running track skid steer that will be sure to please. The skid steer runs out very nicely. The engine on this skid steer starts right up idles down nice and low and has hesitation free power. The engine makes no odd noises, smoke, or blowby and has a ton of power. The machine has pilot controls for precise operation. And you can run this machine for hours with no fatigue. This machine does have auxiliary hydraulics and they have a flow rate of 33 GPM for all of your high flow needs. This skid steer is strong running, free of leaks on the engine and the hydraulics don't have any seepage either. Buy this one and know that you will be well pleased as it looks and operates just as you would like it too. This is a job ready ... moremachine with strong hydraulics, a great Caterpillar turbo diesel that has been maintained very well, and an enclosed heated cab. The loader has a straight boom, good pins and bushings with little to no play in them and tons of power. It is a nice tight machine and all safeties work as they should. The machine has NO CREEP, and NO DRIFT. The hours on this machine are currently at 3451.2 but it is subject to change as I am using it around the new house to get it backfilled and a lawn in. Operator station- The cab is in nice condition. The suspension seat is in good condition with some cracks in it as you can see in the pictures but all the foam is there. The cab glass does not have any cracks or gouges, the windows move freely, all gauges, engine warning lights, and controls are functional, the overhead bar is complete and functional. The controls and functions for the boom, bucket and auxiliary hydraulics are very responsive and quick. The pilot controls are in good condition with little wear, and no sort of oil seepage. All buttons and functions of this machine work as they should with no wiring or electrical issue. The inside of the cab is very quiet with the engine running. The
